Why have I been charged again for my order?Updated 13 days ago
A second charge may indicate that you have signed up for a recurring subscription.
This can happen if:
- You chose the Installment Plan option:After the first 4-month cycle ends, a new subscription cycle begins automatically, triggeringa new chargeand shipment.
- You selected Pay in Full but opted for a recurring subscription: your subscription renews every four months and ships again.
*Please note: Superfood Powder (30- and 60- servings) and Luminate (30- and 60-servings) can be purchased using the “Pay in Full” option, with deliveries scheduled every month.
You can confirm your subscription status by checking your order confirmation email or reviewing the Subscription section in your account.
