Effective January 5, 2026, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your last shipment provided that products are returned within 30 days of the ship date. Most physical products are eligible for return within the 30-day window, provided they are in resalable condition and returned according to the instructions provided through our returns process.
After contacting us, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to complete your return.
