You can initiate a return by following the instructions provided in our returns portal online or by contacting our Service Center.
We can only process returns for items that have shipped. Orders not physically delivered cannot be submitted through this portal.
To be eligible for a refund, the full product must be returned. This includes all items originally shipped with the order, such as any free gifts, promotional items or bonus products received as part of the purchase.
