How can I update payment information for future instalments?Updated 17 days ago

You can update the payment method stored on an existing subscription at any time. To do this:

• Log in to your customer account
• Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel 
• Select the subscription type (Card, ACH Debit, or Bank Transfer)
• Click on your subscription number, 
• Click ‘More’ and then ‘Update Payment Method’ to update your payment details for upcoming instalments/shipment.
