How can I retry a failed Juice Plus+ payment?Updated 24 days ago
For subscription orders paid by card, please note that our system will automatically retry any failed payments for up to 30 days from the original due date. After 12 unsuccessful attempts, the subscription may be canceled and moved to collections.
No action is required unless all retry attempts fail.
If your bank details have changed, the retry window has expired, or the payment failure requires updated information, please contact Customer Service. We can send a secure link so you can update your payment details and retry the payment.
If you would like to manually retry a payment, call our Customer Service team at 1-800-347-6350 for support. They will provide you with a reauthorization link to update your payment information and retry the payment.
