Can I delay my upcoming Juice Plus+ shipment?Updated 17 days ago
Yes, you can delay your next shipment at any time. Please note that if you are on a payment plan, any remaining instalments must still be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Your next shipment will only be processed once the outstanding balance has been completed.
To delay a shipment:
- Log in to your account
- Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
- Select your payment type
- Open your subscription number
- Click ‘Reschedule’ to select a preferred shipment date within the next 6 months.
Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team, making sure you have your customer ID and order number ready.
If your shipment will be processed within the next 24 hours, online changes may not be possible. In that case, you can:
- Call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-347-6350 for immediate assistance.
- Cancel your current subscription and resubscribe when you are ready for a new shipment to be sent.
