Please note that bank details cannot be updated directly from your Back Office. To update your information, please email your request from the email address associated with your Partner account to [email protected].
You will then receive a link to a secure form. Complete, sign, and submit this form to safely update your bank details. Once we receive your completed and verified Adobe form, a representative will contact you by phone to verify your identity and confirm the information provided.
