How do I change my Juice Plus+ delivery address?Updated 17 days ago
Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a confirmation email, the delivery address can no longer be changed. If the parcel is already in transit with an incorrect address, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
For upcoming shipments, you can update your shipping address by:
- Logging into your account
- Clicking on ‘Subscriptions’ in the navigation panel
- Selecting your payment type
- Clicking your subscription number
- Choosing “More”, and then “Edit shipping address.”
Important: Please note that updating addresses under the section ‘Addresses’ does not change the address for active subscriptions.
You will also receive a pre-shipment notification 10 days before your next renewal, giving you time to update your payment method or delivery address if needed.
